Help us harness data to Help Britain Prosper

We’re the UK’s biggest digital bank, with over 18 million online customers. But there’s still so much more we want to achieve. Data represents a critical part of our business and our vision for the future. We’re investing more than £3bn into our people, technology and data to ensure we can make a real, positive impact to millions of customers, businesses and communities, today and tomorrow.

Join our Data Management and Strategy programme and you’ll play a part in improving decision making, enhancing our customers’ experience, making our operations more efficient, our risk management more effective, and putting us in an even stronger position to achieve our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper. Through your strategic use of data you’ll help us make it the driving force behind the future of our Group.

Is our Data Management and Strategy Graduate Scheme for you?

If you’re the kind of person who gets excited by data, who sees its potential, this opportunity could be for you. Through it, you’ll begin to master how data can be harnessed for strategic advantage, develop the tools to drive innovation, and be part of building the data-driven culture that will shape the future of our Group.

This programme goes beyond technical expertise, taking you into the strategic side of data management. Join us and you’ll get the chance to use data to develop strategies, make our operations more efficient and drive the sustainable growth of our Group. Tackling complex business challenges and delivering practical recommendations you’ll be able to see and feel the impact you’re making.

To do this well, you’ll need the ability to think strategically along with the skills to collaborate and communicate well with others. Natural curiosity and a drive to keep learning is a must, especially in this rapidly evolving field. Some familiarity with data management or data analysis would be a plus but isn’t essential.

What you’ll learn on the Data Management and Strategy Graduate Scheme

Over two years, you’ll develop a deep understanding of data management principles, analytics and strategic frameworks. You’ll learn how to collect, clean and analyse data to uncover valuable insights that can be used to drive better decision-making. And you’ll do it through hands-on projects, guided by colleagues in our expert teams who’ll ensure you have the practical skills to succeed in this rapidly evolving field.

With support from mentors and managers, and access to a vast network of industry professionals, you’ll have unlimited opportunities to connect, learn and develop the in-depth understanding you need to forge the data career you want.
